Framemaker Reception for Rob Quigley's Main Library Design
Friday, September 26, 2008

The $150 million capital campaign for San Diego's Main Library downtown has less than $20 million to go. On September 26, 2008, the Framemaker in Mission Hills hosted a reception featuring architect Rob Wellington Quigley's personal sketches and alternative views of his designs for the library that were professionally matted and framed. Members, supporters of the library committee, and Rob were present to help host the event. Dii was represented by Sivly Ly and Calvin Woo, who along with Yad Hamawandi, recently installed a November recycled rubber exhibition at the Mission Valley library. Library integration and outreach is a goal for the Design Innovation Institute. Your immediate financial support for this cause is of utmost importance. Please make a designated Main Library donation today through Dii.
